Am I able to double check and approve posts before they go live?
Yes. If you would like, we can leave articles in Draft mode so that you can approve and hit the final publish button.
How does onboarding work?
Once you are ready to get started, we will take you through an onboarding process. During that time we will:
Gain access to necessary accounts
Learn and document your publishing process
Invite you to our collaborative system for content management and approval
How long does it take to publish and share a post?
We will deliver all posts within a 24 hour time frame during Monday-Friday USA business hours. For your first 2-3 posts, you should give yourself at least a 2 day buffer for any revisions or feedback.
Do you work with my CMS or Email Marketing Software?
Yes. During the onboarding process we will learn your content marketing system or email marketing software.
It doesn’t matter if it is Wordpress, Squarespace, ConvertKit or Mailchimp. We learn your tools and processes during onboarding.
What happens if I use more than my initial 10 hour starter package?
Then you will be upgraded into our next tier of pricing as outlined on the pricing page.
