Marketing Account / Project Manager

**Location:** Remote (Working hours 9am-5pm EST)

Job Summary:

As a Marketing Account / Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our service offerings in SEO, Ads, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). You will be the linchpin for our project management processes, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality services to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive forward SEO accounts, ad accounts, and the delivery of QBRs.

  • Liaise with clients, including CEOs of SMBs and decision-makers in large enterprises.

  • Organize and present deliverables, handle revisions and feedback, and work through approvals.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of tasks.

  • Oversee the progress of 10-12 accounts simultaneously.

  • Utilize internal tracking and project management tools for efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for knowledge in podcasting.

  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach.

  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects efficiently.

  • Proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.

Success Metrics:

  • Measured by the retention, growth in revenue of SEO, Ads, and overall service lines.

Reporting Structure:

You will report directly to the CEO and Head of Strategy, working alongside the Strategy team, with potential for team expansion in the future.
