ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Podcast Content Writer, you will play a vital role in creating engaging content that promotes our B2B podcast episodes across various platforms. You will use ChatGPT 4.0 to generate Headlines, Quote Blocks, social video segments, detailed Show Notes, and tailored Social Media Posts that drive audience engagement and extend the reach of our content.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating Headlines: Use ChatGPT 4.0 to create attention-grabbing headlines that encapsulate the essence of each podcast episode, ensuring they appeal to our target audience.

  • Creating Quote Blocks: Identify and extract impactful quotes from the episodes, then use ChatGPT 4.0 to format them into visually appealing and shareable quote blocks.

  • Developing Social Video Segments: Utilize ChatGPT 4.0 to script and design short social video segments based on key quotes and highlights from the episodes, ensuring the content meets platform-specific requirements:

  • Writing Show Notes:

  • Introduce the Guest/Topic: Clearly outline who the guest is and what the episode's main topic is about.

  • Episode Overview: Provide a concise summary of what is discussed in the episode, giving readers a clear understanding of the content.

  • Actionable Takeaways: Highlight at least 1-2 actionable takeaways that provide value even to those who only read the show notes.

  • Resource Links: Include links to any resources, tools, or websites mentioned during the episode to offer additional value.

  • Call-to-Action: Incorporate a call-to-action that aligns with the client's style guide, encouraging listeners to engage further with the content.

  • Crafting Social Media Posts:

  • Platform-Specific Links: Include the guest's LinkedIn URL for LinkedIn posts, Facebook URL (with the guest's Facebook name) for Facebook posts, Twitter handle for Tweets, Instagram handle for IG posts, and TikTok handle for TikTok posts.

  • Video Headlines: Ensure each social video post includes a clear and compelling headline that captures attention.

  • Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with podcast producers, hosts, and the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the overall strategy and maintains a consistent brand voice.

  • Enhancing Content with AI: Leverage the capabilities of ChatGPT 4.0 to streamline content creation, enhance creativity, and maintain a steady flow of high-quality, engaging material.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Podcast Content Creation: Proven experience in creating show notes, headlines, quote blocks, social media content, and video segments specifically for B2B podcasts.

  • Proficiency with AI Tools: Demonstrated experience using ChatGPT 4.0 or similar AI tools to generate creative and effective content.

  • Strong Writing Skills: Exceptional command of the English language with the ability to write in a clear, engaging, and professional tone.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately summarize podcast content, identify key takeaways, and ensure all necessary resources, social handles, and CTAs are included.

  • Creativity: A knack for crafting engaging headlines, quote blocks, and video segments that stand out in a crowded digital landscape.

  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt content to meet diverse needs and goals.

  • Understanding of B2B Marketing: Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and the ability to tailor content to a professional audience.

  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • SEO Knowledge (a plus): Understanding of SEO best practices and how to incorporate them into podcast-related content.
