Fringe is the world’s first wellbeing marketplace for lifestyle benefits, recognition, stipends and more.
As a pioneer in the industry, Fringe turned to B2B podcasting to raise awareness of the company and get in front of founders and decision-makers who might be interested in its services.
That’s where Content Allies came in. We helped Fringe grow The BragWorthy Culture podcast, hosted by its Co-Founder and CEO, Jordan Peace.
We worked closely with Olivia and Jordan to take the show from a small in-house initiative to a rapidly-growing show in their niche.

Podcast Relaunch
Fringe had built the show internally but it turned to Content Allies when it wanted to relaunch and grow the show.
The team at Content Allies worked with Olivia and Jordan to determine the best launch strategy, including timing, the creation of a backlog of episodes and creating an optimal recording setup.
After the launch, we continued to work with them to promote and improve the show.
Guest Procurement and Scheduling
We took a deep dive into the target guests Jordan wanted for the podcast. We then got to work and began scheduling guests for the show, focusing on founders and other decision-makers.
35+ Guests Scheduled
Onboarding a New Host
Like many founders and CEOs, Jordan was determined to host all the episodes himself. However, his time was stretched thin at work and his family was growing.
We worked with Fringe to bring on a second host, Cassandra Rose, so the show would stay on schedule. We trained Cassandra to get her up to speed on what being a B2B podcast host entails. She hit the ground running and got the show back on schedule.

Social Media Strategy and Management
We secured access to Jordan’s LinkedIn and Instagram pages and followed a proven social media strategy to promote the show for him. We posted regularly, tagging the guest in each post and using strategic hashtags to drive awareness.
Our team of writers crafted five social media posts for each episode, which included quote block graphics for each guest and short videogram sound bites. Tagging the guests each time kept their new relationship with Fringe top of mind for weeks following the interview.
