Content Allies helps B2B companies launch revenue-generating podcasts. We schedule interviews between our clients and their ideal customers and strategic partners. Our clients show up for podcast interviews while we handle EVERYTHING else.

YOU ARE...

  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

  • Detail-oriented, never letting any small design element slip by.

  • Experienced with following brand guidelines and using design templates effectively.

  • Squarespace savvy or open to learning.

  • Familiar with Google Apps or willing to be trained.

  • Skilled in processing and organizing files, including uploading graphics to Google Drive and following checklists using tools like Process Street.

  • Responsive and communicative during business hours via Slack, email, and other platforms.

  • Enthusiastic about collaborating with the design team, podcast producers, and podcast managers.

THE ROLE:

As a Junior Designer at Content Allies, you will support the lead designers in delivering high-quality graphics for our clients’ podcasts. You will help ensure that all visual elements align with the podcast’s branding and contribute to an engaging, professional presentation across various platforms.

Your responsibilities include:

Graphic Design & Branding:

  • Work within existing Canva templates to create engaging podcast episode graphics, thumbnails, and social media assets.

  • Follow established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across visual elements.

  • Assist in sourcing and incorporating guest photos, titles, and other episode details into templates.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with lead designers, podcast managers, and producers to ensure all design assets are completed and delivered on time.

  • Collaborate through Slack and email, being responsive to feedback and project updates during regular business hours.

Organization & Process Management:

  • Use tools like Google Drive and Process Street to upload, organize, and track design files.

  • Follow structured design workflows to ensure a smooth and efficient process for every project.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on design precision.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes.

  • Communicative and collaborative, with a readiness to work in a fully remote, diverse team environment.

Hard Skills:

  • Canva proficiency (essential).

  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (essential).

  • Basic understanding of Squarespace is ideal.

  • Experience with Google Apps and Process Street is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you can meet the required deadlines and remain responsive during regular business hours. We're looking for candidates outside the African and European time zone, ideally from Asia or Latin America.
