We are seeking an exceptional Recruiter to join our team. This role will span both companies, serving as a critical link in sourcing, vetting, and onboarding A+ candidates across multiple positions. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Source and attract top talent in alignment with the needs of Content Allies and Alpha Apex Group.
Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to fill roles with A+ candidates efficiently.
Will be hiring candidates in both USA & Global Team Members.
Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Vetting & Selection:
Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to ensure candidates align with the roles and company culture.
Utilize assessment tools and behavioral interview techniques to identify high-potential candidates.
Provide actionable recommendations to hiring managers.
Culture Alignment:
Serve as a cultural gatekeeper, ensuring all new hires embody the values and principles of both organizations.
Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment practices with company mission and vision.
HR & Onboarding Support:
Oversee and support the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
Assist with basic HR functions, including documentation and employee integration.
Collaboration Across Teams:
Work closely with leadership teams from both companies to prioritize recruitment efforts and manage workload effectively.
Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress and market trends.
Qualifications:
Proven Expertise: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring top-tier talent.
Global Recruitment Experience: Experience sourcing candidates from diverse geographies, including South Africa and the Philippines, is a plus.
Cultural Insight: Deep understanding of cultural nuances and workplace dynamics in different regions.
Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Tools Proficiency: Proficient in tools such as Airtable, Google Docs, Linkedin.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to manage workload across two organizations effectively.
