Securing Nine New Clients in One Year for Ryan Dull and Sagemark HR

During his first year partnering with Content Allies, Ryan Dull of Sagemark HR significantly increased his network and client base thanks to the podcast we helped Ryan produce.

Though an experienced talent recruiter, Ryan lacked a network that allowed him to adequately market his skills. This was to his detriment because, in the world of talent acquisitions, networking is everything.

Ryan’s sales were primarily driven by a small network of contacts he had built largely through word of mouth. He had no platform for publishing content and was attempting to market himself through his own content creation across various channels with limited success. His marketing net was cast fairly wide and was failing to connect him to his ideal customer.
